Subscription Management

Your Vidori subscription determines what features and capacity you have access to.

Viewing Your Subscription

Section titled “Viewing Your Subscription”

  1. Go to Account → Subscription

  2. View your current plan details:

    • Plan name
    • Billing cycle
    • Next billing date
    • Payment method

Upgrading Your Plan

Section titled “Upgrading Your Plan”

When you need more capacity or features:

  1. Go to Account → Subscription

  2. Click Upgrade Plan

  3. Select your new plan

  4. Review prorated charges

  5. Confirm upgrade

  6. New features available immediately

Downgrading Your Plan

Section titled “Downgrading Your Plan”

  1. Go to Account → Subscription

  2. Click Change Plan

  3. Select a lower tier

  4. Review what you’ll lose access to

  5. Confirm downgrade

  6. Changes take effect at next billing date
