Control who has access to your Vidori dashboard and what they can do.
Team Members

Go to Settings → Users

Click Invite User

Enter email address

Select role
-
Click Send Invite
Invited users receive an email to set up their account.
Built-in Roles
Section titled “Built-in Roles”Full access to everything
- All administrative functions
- Billing and subscription
- Can transfer ownership
- Cannot be removed
Limit: 1 per organization
Full access except billing
- User management
- All content operations
- Settings configuration
- Cannot access billing
Best for: Technical leads, managers
Content management
- Upload and edit content
- Manage catalog
- View analytics
- Cannot manage users or settings
Best for: Content creators, producers
Read-only access
- View dashboard
- View analytics
- Cannot make changes
Best for: Stakeholders, executives
